“Willi Elbe Automotive Bulgaria” EOOD, which is part of the Group Willi Elbe – leader in production of steering technology for the automotive sector and related industries, opened its plant in Commercial Industrial Zone Trakia in the area of Plovdiv on 20th of September 2016. So far, the Group operates 6 plants located in Germany, Switzerland, Norway and China in which work approximately 650 employees. The building of the new plant is quite modern and will encompass an extremely innovative and high-technology production. Arsov Natchev Ganeva was honored to advise the company Willi Elbe during the entire process of its establishment in Bulgaria – beginning from setting-up of its subsidiary, through acquisition of a property for the plant and its construction, to appointment of its employees and conclusion of various commercial contracts related to the newly started activity”.
