Tsvetelina Manova focuses her practice primarily on corporate restructurings, corporate governance matters, acquisitions and mergers, procurement and employment.
She has an extensive experience in handling liquidations of various companies and non-profit organisations, together with dealing of all other liquidation-related procedures.
Tsvetelina has also been advising clients on a wide range of labour and employment matters, reorganisations and administrative proceedings before competent government agencies.
Her expertise is also in the field of public procurements. She advises not only private businesses, tendering for contracts, but also contracting authorities, awarding procurements on all aspects of procurement law.
Tsvetelina Manova joined the team of Arsov Nachev Ganeva in 2003.

- Advised Danone Group and its Bulgarian subsidiary Danone Serdika on all corporate, commercial and labour matters;
- Advising on the corporate governance and employment matters the largest packaging waste recovery organization Ecopack Bulgaria;
- Advises the project company Interconnector Greece Bulgaria (ICGB) and its shareholders - Bulgarian Energy Holding, Edison International and DEPA in relation to the strategic project for construction and operation of a natural gas pipeline between Bulgaria and Greece;
- Participated as legal expert advising the Bulgarian Ministry of Transport, Information Technologies and Communications to carry out an audit of awarded public procurement contracts;
- Acting as a legal consultant in a project for the promotion of the advantages of investing in Bulgaria co-financed by the EU through the European Regional Development Fund, Priority Axis 4 “Strengthening the international market positions of Bulgarian economy”.
